Customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. We stand behind all of our products 100% and ultimately want our customers to be nothing but happy and excited when they receive their order.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All eligible returns are issued via STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order at email@example.com and we will get you taken care of immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with tags still attached.
All customized and personalized items, including, but not limited to, monogrammed items, and items with slight changes to the original design, are final sale items and are ineligible for return/exchange.

*Please be sure to include your name, email address, and order number in the return package.
Store credit will be issued and sent to the email on file within five (5) business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.
The Destined Mom, LLC does not offer any refunds on purchases. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If items are returned to sender due to customer address error, customer will be recharged the full shipping rate to reship the items to the correct address. Please be sure to double check your shipping information when ordering.
